Minun Jumalani. Tärkein ja arvokkain. Syvä kaipaukseni sinun puoleesi erottaa minut. Ja sinun rakkautesi minua kohtaan merkitsee minut, voitelee minut ja pyhittää minut. Sinä käännät kasvosi minun puoleesi. Yhä syvemmin sinä tavoittelet minun rakkauttani –– ja minä vastaan sinulle iloiten: tulen luoksesi juosten. Tulen luoksesi laulaen ja riemuiten. Sinä olet Minun Jumalani. Kallein ja arvokkain. (Julkaisen uudelleen kolme vuotta kirjoittamani tekstin!!)
There are lovers and there are workers. Lovers get more work done than do workers. A passionate lover will always outperform a good servant in pleasing Him. ♥ Ystäväni, me ollaan tällä matkalla yhdessä ja Jeesus itse kävelee meidän vierellä! Hän on HYVÄ PAIMEN. What would a man give for love? the Spirit is asking.
If a man gave for love all the wealth of his house, he would utterly despise the recognition. If a man gave all that he had for love, he would count it all as nothing in the end. Because love loves to love And the reward of love.. it is love! I will tell you mystery, I'm speaking about Christ, Christ and His bride. For this reason he left His Father's house – How then should we respond? You set your love on me I can feel it, I can feel it: Be the fire in my heart, be the fire in my soul, Immortal. We want to love Him and give Him His inheritance. We want to give You Your heart's desire: To give You what You're looking for. To please You, we want to love God on God's terms.

I LOVE JESUS CHRIST more and more each day. His love is contagious, outrageous, relentless, unceasing, inspiring, motivating, soo wrecking yet gentle, kind, encouraging, exhorting... Amazing. What have I been learning here? TO TRUST GOD. I have encountered His love and gentleness. I have begun to see the supremacy of God and His greatness. Not that I didn't before but my perspective has been widening up and my heart has been stretched out and filled UP UP UP. This amazing God has taken up residence in me and He actually likes it. He is the most encouraging person I've ever known! What do we even study in a school called the School of Supernatural Ministry? "BSSM is committed to the truth that God loves people, gave Himself for them and has given His Church supernatural power to bring individuals and nations into wholeness. The mission of BSSM is to equip and deploy revivalists who passionately pursue world-wide transformation in their God-given spheres of influence. Students are trained to continue in the ministry style of Jesus: to enjoy the presence of God, say what He is saying, and do what He is doing." We have not yet seen a whole nation discipled but we're getting there! Our goal is to disciple the nations. Our days are built up of many kinds of lectures, classes and sessions. Kingdom Foundations is a course where we study the Bible! BOOM, Dann Farrely has such a good humor and with him we've by far explored the wonders of the gospels. In main sessions we get equipped and taught by our pastors Bill Johnson, Kris Vallotton, Mark Brookes and visitors. For instance, Canon Andrew White is coming to speak to us at the end of October! We are 1,200 first year students in our class and we have been divided into smaller groups (revival groups), which consist of around 60–70 revivalists. We have monthly one-o-one meetings with our interns, small groups and small group meetings with our own revival group pastors. It's amazing how well everything is organized! What is more, we can choose specific Advanced Ministry Classes, which vary a LOT from prophetic arts to intercession to missions training to faith and politics to healing courses! Then we also got to apply to a weekly City Service team. My AMT choice for the first term was coaching classes. Ah, they have been really useful and are already transforming my communication styles! I've learned to believe in people, listen to their hearts and to ask great, powerful questions (yeah, just like Jesus did). And we've got some amazing testimonies in the class already! PEOPLE HAVE BEEN DEEPLY TOUCHED BY GOD through students applying the skills they learnt in the class! YES! My weekly City Service is Home Gatherings, which is a home church held in my own neighborhood starting from next week. We will be moving in the whole five-fold ministry to disciple our friends here, teaching them to know Christ and to live a life of a worshipper. Many residents in my own neighborhood have found Jesus through yielded students who have been radically loving them! AND I NOW GET TO STEP INTO THIS STORY! Please watch the testimony video at the end of this post because THAT is what I'll be doing this year. I also chose an extra AMT on Church Planting that will be held as a seminar at the beginning of November. I might also be taking a deeper course on inner healing, SOZO and counseling. SOUNDS INCREDIBLY AMAZING. Let's see what will happen. We also got to apply for a missions trip for the spring. These are the locations our revivalists are going to bless this year: I really appreciate your prayers for me and can't even describe how much they impact my life! THANK YOU! Keep me updated with what's happening in Finland and where ever you're from! MUCH LOVE xoxo Picture from Pintrest. I've been in America for almost TWO weeks now! Crazy! The first observation that I made was immediately in stepping out of the airplane: it is w-a-r-m. I was extremely blessed to stay at my cousin's place the first night. Yeah, and the second day I tried my best to use the shower but managed to first get really hot water on me and then icy cold! I also fell in love with peanut butter-avocado sandwiches (sorry boys) with a hint of salt, lemon and black pepper! Exactly what heaven on earth tastes like. (Though strongly think this experience might still be perfected with rye bread......) The most beautiful thing in this city called Redding is the presence of God. The heaven is open and the atmosphere is filled with faith here because of the prayers of the saints. (We all know that for believers there is always an open heaven! But it needs to be mentioned that even Jesus couldn't do any miracles among the people of Nazareth [except to place his hands on a few sick people and heal them] because of their unbelief! (Mark 6:5) And that's exactly why I think the atmosphere here is so remarkable!) You perhaps know the feeling that when you're praying somewhere and your prayers hit like a wall? I've felt the exact opposite here. I feel POWERFUL here! Here it feels like the Spirit of God has more room to manifest and work through believers! (–trying to find the right language to describe my amazement–) GOD gets to be Himself here! And: He is overwhelmingly good, awe-inspiring to the max, and frighteningly wonderful in every possible way! Bill Johnson The most important lesson I've learned by far is the importance of worship. I've had to encourage and tell my soul to sing to God (like David) because I actually haven't been used to that much of worship. I say this as a worship leader who has always loved to worship Jesus, but there's something in stepping out of your comfort zone even during the worship time. Believe me, I have just wanted to sit back and have a break... but still chosen to praise Him like this was my last day to live. My decision has done something in the deepest parts of me: God has strengthened my soul, extended my capacity to receive from Him and our friendship has grown deeper still. I love it. Reminded of Psalm 84: My soul yearns, even faints, for the courts of the LORD; my heart and my flesh cry out for the living God. PRAISING GOD renews fainting hearts! What else could I share? There are so many things that have happened that I don't even have words for. I have seen plenty of amazing miracles already (and this is just the second week??) and smelled the anointing oil in the air in the sanctuary! One day at school I counted all the students that came up to testify what Jesus healed them from. Bill Johnson got a word of knowledge during His teaching and we ended up having: 7 people got healed from ADD, 2 from learning disabilities, 4 from reading disabilities, 2 from massive headaches, 8 from dyslexia, 5 from brain drama, 3 from ADHD, and the rest 6 from all kinds of other defects, like one from the damage that a tumor in her brain had caused. Speechless. I have never in my entire life seen so much power and authority in a room! God touched people and some of them could FEEL like a steel band lifting up from their heads. It was amazing to hear a person who couldn't read aloud reciting the Bible to us! Some told how incredible it felt to finally be able to understand what they read! "God didn't design the Gospel to be lived differently during "modern times" versus "biblical times". It is still biblical times." (Bill Johnson) "If Jesus did His great miracles as God, I'm still impressed. But I'm impressed as an observer. When I discover that He did them as a man, then suddenly I am completely unsatisfied with life as I've known it. I am now compelled to follow this Jesus until the same things start happening in my life." (B. Johnson) Ahhhhhh. What will happen when we start to teach this to our children when they're born? The secret ingredient of BSSM is that there are are actually people here who will talk to us about us and who are committed to draw the gold out of us. We will be learning our identity as the sons and daughters of the most High God and to live in a culture of honor and culture of confrontation. Our prophecies will actually be judged, which doesn't happen everywhere! We'll be focusing on the Godhead this year and we will learn to study the Bible for all it's worth. Exciting times and a lot of work coming up :D! To be continued... MUCH LOVE! May God lavish His love upon you guys! I LOVE YOU and wouldn't be here without your support! I love testimonies about crazy, fearless courage because they awaken something in me. A warrior. A giant killer. OHHH I can feel the lioness in me arise every time I hear people share about how brave they were in peaching the Kingdom, sharing the Gospel, fighting for justice and loving the one in front of them. Testimonies remind me of my identity. I'm really in a season of new courage in my life and have begun to see that God really comes to back me up when I take new steps in faith. I think that courage is an overflow of God's love in our hearts. Yeah, the Holy Spirit WANTS to come out! I wonder if He ever kinda gets a change if we keep on feeding and resurrecting our fleshly desires, which make & keep us empty and never full and never ready to serve and love truly. We are called to love one another like we love ourselves and like we love God. We are called to love one another in the same way that God loves us. If we never encounter the love of God and receive it for ourselves — we don't have much to share. God well of love will never run dry (unlike ours). Christmas 2012. We were praying with my dear friends and asking: "MORE OF YOU GOD. OWERFLOW!!!!! OVERFLOW! We want to be FILLED WITH YOU and fill this earth with the knowledge of You!" once again. "The waters are longing for to be walked on again." Bill Johnson So... on my way back home to Turku by train a guy sat before me and asked me about my guitar. I don't have anything to lose, I realized. What if I didn't hide who I really am? The conversation led to a point where I got to share this man (who happened to be just finishing his doctoral thesis on philosophy) about a God who LIVES and was thrilled how interested that (obviously a wise and thoughtful) guy was in my view of life and how I saw Jesus and ethics. I shared to him how God had just recently healed my back in a service where the preacher got a word of knowledge of someone's back being healed. It came up then that the man had a back problem so I suggested if I could pray for him (there were other people in that wagon with us but I can't remember how many exactly.. because I wasn't paying attention to them). I placed my hand on him and prayed... something? And the next moment the man stood up and started stretching himself and trying out his back. What happened? he asked. It felt sore this morning and the other mornings before. YEAAAAH GOD. I wrote him back a month and then a year later to ask how he was doing and got an understanding that his back is still fine. Wow, it might have been a miracle. :) The fun didn't end there. After I left that train and changed for another, the train conductor of the new train came to check my ticked, noticed my guitar (THANK GOD FOR MY GUITAR!) and asked if I could come to play to the restaurant wagon. (I had played in a train once before but then the conductor asked me to stop-- which is also a funny strory!) Hmmmmm seriously, I asked him, Does it matter if I only know gospel songs? Well, apparently it did not :D I ended up playing and singing in the restaurant wagon for the train conductor and some other people who were buying sandwiches & beer and eating them there. WOW! "Courage is not simply one of the virtues, but the form of every virtue at the testing point." C. S. Lewis This courage theme is one of the reasons I like Todd White so much. I came across a clip on Youtube where he was preaching and the following is what I wrote down from his message. You will love it! It's about the Kingdom-lifestyle. What does it mean to follow Jesus anyway? <<Jesus didn't say: "I am the way to Heaven." He also didn't say: "I am the truth about Heaven." He said: "I am the way, the truth and the life." He didn't say: "No one gets to Heaven but by me." He said: "No one comes to the Father except by me." So, Jesus is not just the "way to Heaven" but to the Father. "And this is eternal life that––!!" ..they might go to Heaven? Absolutely not. "And this is eternal life: that they might know you the only true God, and Jesus Christ whom you have sent." I (quoting Todd White here) think that Jesus' definition of Heaven is better than the one we've made up. We preach to people: "Get your name written to the book of life and live like hell 'til you get there." But it's not just about praying a prayer to get to Heaven! It's about putting off the old nature and taking on the brand new one. So that you can become a son again. Jesus came because you are a son who lost his identity.>> First pic is from my own instagram. Pic 2. Pic 3. Did you like my title? I'm sorry if it's uncomfortable. :D The Bible encourages us to observe the nature and learn from it. We all know that even the flowers and birds can teach us about God's faithfulness! We do also learn a lot through observing the lives of the wise and... the unwise, just like Solomon did in the book of Proverbs. This awesome man of God, Mika Yrjölä (miehen koskettava elämäntarina Youtubesta), shared the lessons he'd learned in spending time with drunk people in one of his latest sermons. Mika brought up 12 good points in his message and my post today is a summary of them. (The original video was hilarious and still available here in Finnish) I do not support drunkenness and I encourage every Christian to pursue holiness in their personal life relating to alcohol. Ask God what it means to you! Alcoholism is a painful, tormenting obsession and it can destroy one's life. And suddenly there came from heaven a sound like a mighty rushing wind, and it filled the entire house where they were sitting. And divided tongues as of fire appeared to them and rested on each one of them. And they were all filled with the Holy Spirit and began to speak in other tongues as the Spirit gave them utterance. —— And all were amazed and perplexed, saying to one another, “What does this mean?” But others mocking said, “They are filled with new wine.”Acts 2 Isn't it supposed to mean something that people mistook the Holy Spirit for new wine? "OH, THE GOOD OLD DAYS! THE GOOD OLD WINE!" I bet you too have heard people longing for "those days" when the Spirit was poured out and it was all well. Are some Christians suffering from hangover? And more importantly, why? And no one puts new wine into old wineskins. If he does, the new wine will burst the skins and it will be spilled, and the skins will be destroyed. But new wine must be put into fresh wineskins. And no one after drinking old wine desires new, for he says, ‘The old is good.’ Luke 5:37—39. Did we forget what it feels like to taste fresh anointing? How fulfilling it is! How GOOD it is! What alcoholics say about the hangover is that the best way to avoid it is to stay drunk. Will Jesus find us burning, not lukewarm, when He comes back? We must find out how to sustain the fire. It was the priests in the Old Testament who kept the fire burning on the altar. What is our responsibility? Remember, the fire must be kept burning on the altar at all times. It must never go out. Leviticus 6:6 Here are Mika's 12 points: 1) Drunkenness will change your speech Even the Finnish people (who are well-known from their quietness) will suddenly find it incredibly easy to share their deepest feelings when they get drunk. Drunk people don't have any shame on any subject and they love to talk a LOT. Remember also the "new tounges". ➝ The Spirit of God invates us into vulnerability! He also breaks the fear of men when He comes. 2) Ugly becomes beautiful Drunk people complement one another and they really mean what they say! "You'rrrre beautifulll..." When will our vision change and when will we start to see the Kingdom of God, the church and our lives as beautiful? 3) They are willing to give away anything at any time Drunk people don't count their odds. If their friend needs a coat and they have what to give, they will help. 4) They don't want to drink alone Drunk people want everyone to join them. They will try to make you "taste even one" and refuse to understand why you would restrain yourself from drinking. ➝ When we taste the GOODNESS of our God, we will start to feel the necessity to share what we've experienced. 5) There's always a reason to have one The reason for drinking can be anything: a deep mourning, loss or celebration. There's always a good reason to drink. If not, they'll make up one. 6) They always know where to go to get it And where not. Alcoholics know by heart the opening times of Alko (liquid store) and they know where to get alcohol after the stores close. — Enough said. We should go for it all in, not counting the cost. 7) They aren't proud And that's why it's impossible to offend them. 8) They never have problems Except the one (=drinking, auch!). All the worries disappear when people fill their minds with that miracle substance. ➝ Jesus taught us not to worry. We will get things into the right perspective when the Spirit of God gets to fill us and begin to reveal the true nature of our amazing God. 9) They love e v e r y o n e And they loooove the world! THEY LOVE THE WORLD! C'mon, so did God when He gave us His one and only Son. 10) They love to fight We also need fearless Christians! 11) They believe in impossibilities E v e r y t h i n g is possible for them! And so much so that it seems crazy. — Which is something we should learn too: all things are possible for God and nothing is too hard for Him. 12) They are willing to do anything to get more Are we satisfied? Are we willing to seek Him? How to be content and still always hunger for more? There is a great mystery right there. God wants us full and overflowing! I have experienced the Spirit of God come powerfully upon me a few times during my life and those encounters marked me forever. But... we can't survive with the yesterday's presence. We need His breath every day. Jesus longs to build a relationship with us and it is He's desire to give us power to do all that He asks us to do (heal the sick, cast our devils and raise the dead, anyone?). God wants to fill us up and we NEED HIM. So, let's wait upon Him with eager expectation of the fulfillment of Jesus' promise in our hearts, just like the apostles did in Acts — even though it contains a risk (I won't go there but you can perhaps easily think of all kinds of risks). I'll leave you with this question and bless you with massive God-encounters! Pic 1. Pic 2. Pic 3. Teksi löytyy suomeksi loppupuolelta sivua! Does not wisdom call? Does not understanding raise her voice? On the heights beside the way, at the crossroads she takes her stand; beside the gates in front of the town, at the entrance of the portals she cries aloud: “To you, O men, I call, and my cry is to the children of man." (Proverbs 8:1—4) Did you notice WHERE wisdom is calling people? She is crying out at the crossroads, beside the gates and at the entrance of portals — in another words — at places where people make their decisions. Who wouldn't like to use some wisdom in choosing your future-spouse, education or work to apply to? Proverbs meet our burning questions by showing how God is right where we are and fully ready to pour out His wisdom into our hearts to make good decisions. Yes, He is literally CRYING ALOUD to the children of man. You and me. One of the most prayed prayers in the world, I suppose, is to ask God to tell us what to do next. We would love to know that LOUD AND CLEAR. But what if it's on God's heart to give us permission to dream and plan our future WITH Him? There is a mystery hidden in wisdom and dreaming coming together. Why would He want us to acquire wisdom if we were just supposed to receive all instruction to our lives without using our transformed minds? --like machines? That would be the spirit of stupid right there. :P What if He created us to live in fellowship with Him! One of my passions is to help people find their calling and I whole-heartedly believe that God has an unique purpose for each and every one of us, but I also think that it is in our Heavenly Father's heart to include us and our desires in getting us into our destiny. For it seemed good to the Holy Spirit and to us to lay no greater burden on you than these few requirements-- (Acts 15:28.) (With all that being said, we know that sometimes God gives incredibly clear directions to us! I've experienced that the clearer we hear the more difficult the "task" might be and more responsibility will we have to do it! The wildest and wisest thing I've ever done is that I left my job to follow Jesus' voice. That was crazy! I would have lost my hope in that process if I hadn't heard Him so clearly. The story ended well and He proved Himself true! YAY! Special thanks to my dear Jenni M., who supported me soooo much in the middle of my adventure!) Proverbs 13:12 reveals the way God created us to function as humans: Hope deferred makes the heart sick, but a dream fulfilled is a tree of life. God created man into His own likeness and our ability to dream is one of His creative aspects. In joining ourselves to Him, His power will begin to empower our dreaming and give us wisdom and insight, which will ultimately result in supernatural outcomes, that is, something that is far beyond human asking or imagining. Now all glory to God, who is able, through his mighty power at work within us, to accomplish infinitely more than we might ask or think. (Eph 3:20.) Giving ourselves permission to dream won't take away God's amazing voice and our yieldedness to His Spirit. In fact, it is our yieldedness to Him that enables us to dream and lifts it up into a whole new level. It fascinates me every time I realize how enthusiastic Jesus gets when I share my small dreams with Him! WOW HEIDI! He says. That is _AMAZING_! That is so beautiful! Our Father will love this! I can't wait to see what it will look like! Would you like to get some wisdom to do all that's in your heart? I would love to pour out my Spirit upon you and empower you to accomplish it! We may have experienced many disappointments along the way that have caused us to swear not to ever dream again and that is one of the first things God begins to free us from when we come in close intimacy with Him. We serve a Living God and fears and doubts won't be able to paralyze us when we focus our eyes on the perfecter of our faith, JESUS. WOW! Let us listen to God's voice, ASK FOR WISDOM and then make our move. He will make our paths straight! Pic 1. Pic 2.
Luultavasti yksi maailman rukoilluimmista rukouksista on pyytää Jumalaa kertomaan meille, mitä tehdä seuraavaksi. Tuo on aivan MAHTAVAA! Niin kaunista! Meidän Isämme tulee rakastamaan tätä enkä malta odottaa, että näemme, miltä se tulee näyttämään! Haluaisitko viisautta toteuttaa tuon kaiken, mitä on sydämelläsi? Me palvelemme Elävää Jumalaa eikä mikään pelko tule halvaannuttamaan meitä kun pidämme katseemme kiinnitettyinä uskomme täydelliseksi tekijään, JEESUKSEEN. Vau! Kuunnellaan Hänen ääntään, PYYDETÄÄN VIISAUTTA ja tehdään sitten päätöksiä. Hän tekee polkumme suoriksi! Kuva 1. I want all my dreams to flow out from this kind of a heart! A heart that is at rest in Him. Tahdon, että unelmani kumpuavat tälläisestä sydämestä! Sydämestä, joka lepää Jumalassa. What can I do for You? What can I bring to You? What kind of song would you like me to sing? I'll dance a dance for You Pour out my love to You What can I do for You beautiful King? 'Cause I... can't thank You enough. I can't thank You enough "Now faith is the evidence of things not seen. It is being sure of what we cannot see. God was pleased with the men who had faith who lived long ago." I'm so glad to announce that I'm going to attend Bethel School of Supernatural Ministry next fall! California, here I come! BSSM is a big school of 2,000 students from 64 different countries. Their mission is to equip and deploy revivalists who passionately pursue world-wide transformation in their God-given spheres of influence. Students are trained to continue in the ministry style of Jesus: to enjoy the presence of God, say what He is saying, and do what He is doing. There is a strong emphasis on healing, developing a prophetic culture, and demonstrating the gospel with power. This was one of the reasons I decided to launch a new blog: so that I might be able so share my journey with you! Your support and encouragement means A LOT to me and I'm blessed to have you in my life! (I wouldn't be going without you, that's for sure.) ♡ I'm really excited about this blog too, because I honesty think that this will also encourage you a lot! God has really led me to make this decision and I'm going to share some of my testimonies here in this blog in the future. I write about things that have transformed me, touched me and what I've personally experienced, but one of the best things about having a blog is that God often times tests my heart about the things I've boldly declared here––leading me to live out my faith over and over again. This post, for instance, Tuhlaan kaikkeni sinuun (I waste it all on you) increased God's radical moves and power in my life (I'm going to repost that in English in the future). Had I been told about the sacrifices God was going to ask me to make, I wouldn't necessarily have believed them then. But now, (once again) in the middle of laying down my life and dreams for Jesus, I have NEVER felt so blessed, favored and safe! Sacrifice feels really good. Painful, yes, but really good. All I want is to give something valuable to my King, who I'm madly in love with! When people look at sacrifice on the outside, they many times miss to perceive the love and affection that causes givers to give. In the end, the price of following Jesus is ridiculous compared to what we will receive! Ah, what else could we give to God when we see Him? HE IS SO WORTHY! My desire is to give Him more than He ever even asks me to give! I am not my own anymore and He owns all of me, but I have still found out that there's a difference between the sacrifice that He compels us to give and the sacrifice of thanksgiving that we willingly make out of love, affection and gratefulness toward Him. (Check out David in the OT for instance!) I WOULD LOVE TO HAVE YOU JOIN ME ON THIS ADVENTURE! I welcome you to like Gold Poured Out on Facebook to stay tuned! You can give without loving, but you can't love without giving. On suuri ilo kertoa teille, että lähden syksyllä Kaliforniaan Bethel-kouluun! Bethel School of Supernatural Ministry -kouluun saapuu vuosittain 2 000 opiskelijaa jopa 64 eri maasta. Voit tykätä Gold Poured Out:sta Facebookissa, niin näet päivitykset sieltäkin suoraan! AWESUM!! Encountering us Christians should be encountering JESUS!

"See what great love the Father has lavished on us, that we should be called children of God!" God's love is so extravagant and outrageous. Come on! Just think about Jesus... He displayed the radical love of the Father perfectly. And God is still today calling his children to come back home. "That is the freakiest thing... this is nuts, dude!" "And blessed is the one who is not offended by me." said Jesus in Matthew 11:6. Try it out! Fill in the gap: "Or do you think lightly of the riches of His kindness and tolerance and patience, not knowing that the ––––– of God leads you to repentance?" Romans 2:4 "Dude, this is not just preaching the gospel, this is doing the gospel! Can I shake your hand?" |
