Some of you might say no and I'm ok with it. As an artist I would still say it's at least as fulfilling, good-lookin' and definitely fun to make. First time we made this with S we laughed at the amount of cheese we put in it. Yikes, the next time I had maybe half the cheese and the pizza turned out to be great still! This goes to every adventurous soul out there!
I would suggest about 2 dl (1 cup) finely shredded cabbage and 1 dl (0,5 cup) finely shredded carrots for the crust. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and place in the 200 celcius (400F) oven for about 15 minutes. Now you can add the toppings! I recommend tomato purée, pineapple slices, tuna fish, tomato slices, artichoke and avocado slices... And cheese! Do you like mozzarella, feta or would you prefer monterey jack? Don't forget oregano! It should look somewhat like the following: Place the masterpiece in the oven for another 15 minutes. Make sure that the cheese has melted well and gotten some color! Serve with fresh lettuce and cool drinks — YUM! What I did different from our first try is that I didn't put cheese on the bottom of the pizza (that was in the original recipe found somewhere in the internet). So first it was cheese on the bottom (on top of the cabbage crust), then the tomato purée and other toppings and then on the very top more cheese! I preferred this latter option but feel free to add as much cheese as you'd like! Here in the US pizzas are all-fulfilling. They are indeed cheesy and let me tell you, with the heavy, thick carb crust your stomach will thank you afterwards. :P Can't help kinda liking them anyways.
Feel free to write comments on how you'd like your pizza! BLESS YOU MASSIVE xoxo
